General Items

Lead times and shipping rates will vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier. General items include decor, kitchen, books, gifts, apparel, apothecary, and anything not shipped directly from one of our partners. We ship the majority of smaller items via UPS. 

Processing Time

We work to ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days of order receipt. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, from 10 am-12 pm. Processing times are the same for orders placed with expedited shipping.

Items shipped directly from our partners may include additional time for our partners to process. 

Shipping Address Errors

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Once an order is placed, we are not able to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check your information before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
